Great place to live. First solo apartment and there wasn’t a single moment where I didn’t consider this complex my home. Neighbors were great and very nice and loving. If you’re looking for a complex in this area would highly recommend. Price and community is top notch for this market.

I’ve lived here for years now and I have nothing but good things to say. Monica, who manages the property is very kind and is always on top of things. The maintenance is quick and efficient. The pool is one of my favorite amenities and there is a good mix of neighbors. It is also a good place to have your kids, I moved here when I was in my early teens and now am an adult and I always felt safe! Lastly, it is next to quite a few stores that make life so much more convenient!

It took numerous requests to get my ac fixed. I had to buy a portable ac unit cuz I couldn't use the swamp cooler. Now it works great. It only took a couple months of 80+ degrees to finally get relief. When it did get fixed, he was able to get it fixed in a hours time.

We enjoyed living there for two years Monica the manager she was kind and very helpful. Maintenance crew was on top of things that needed to be taken care of and the swimming pool 9ft!!! So fun

we have loved our time here at holladay on ninth and hope we can continue living here for a long time. monica is incredibly kind and welcoming, not to mention accommodating. muhammad is very friendly as well and takes amazing care of the facilities and grounds. the units are beautiful, and the area is unbeatable. rent is a steal. i can’t recommend this place highly enough. no complaints whatsoever. even the smallest issues are met with immediate response and resolve. if you’re thinking about moving here- do!!

That is in response to another review posted by someone claiming to be me. I have in fact lived here almost 10 years and have struggled to pay rent on time. The late fees keep me from ever catching up however the current manager, Monica, has gone above and beyond tweeting to help my elderly father and myself.

I am leaving this review in response to another review that was left by somebody claiming to be me using my name and information. That person only gave Holladay on ninth 2 stars. That is very unfair. I have in fact lived here almost 10 years and I’ve had as good of an experience as possible trying to pay rent. Because of the late fees I am never able to pay all of the rent because I just cannot catch up on those fees. However the current manager Monica has been wonderful and trying to help me find options to help me catch up when I get behind.

I am so grateful to be living here again. The refurbished apartments are beautiful. The apartment manager is amazing. ?

The pool and laundry facilities were always kept clean, and I enjoyed the view from my apartment windows. I lived on the northwest end of the complex and my neighbors were always quiet and respectful. Maintenance was quick to respond too.

Oh this place is a breath of fresh air compared to our last apartments. Monica is absolutely wonderful ❤️ My husband and I have bugged her A LOT because of being new and trying to figure out paying rent and such. She's been so patient, kind, understanding and helpful. These apartments are really nice as well. We have had hardly any complaints. Mohammed the maintenance guy is just the best too!Everyone is so nice. I can't say enough great things about this place. I have lived here about 6 months now and I absolutely love it! Monica is amazing and always gets to what I request and makes sure it happens! Super friendly staff! I love being able to have my dog! There is always parking (covered), which is extremely nice during the winter. The price is affordable, and it’s newly renovated which is nice, with newer appliances! I love the community, I walk out with my dog and I automatically can make friends! I can see myself leaving here awhile!

I've been here for about 4 months now and I really love it. The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors are pretty friendly. Maintenance is always on top of our requests and is always on top of shoveling snow and salting the sidewalks. Monica has been very helpful with everything and responds very quickly since its really the first time we've lived in a complex. There's always parking and having a dog is great because theres doggy bags available all over the complex. It is an older apartment building so the walls are very thin and the hallways smell like cigarettes and unfortunately there are some people who don't pick up after their dogs. But the apartments are recently renovated and I'm always getting compliments on how nice my apartment looks. I moved in on a recommendation and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a low cost place close to salt lake.

I just moved into these apartments a month ago! They are newly renovated, cute apartments with no carpet, which I love! Monica is the manager and she is extremely accomodating! She’s always quick to respond to my emails. The pricing is amazing for the quality of apartment, too! So far, I’m loving my time here!

I just moved here from Florida and I was a little skeptical at first (due to previous comments) but upon arriving to the property, I was quite pleased with all the renovations. They look brand new and the neighborhood is very quiet. I haven't had any real issues yet, except my dishwasher was not working when I first moved in but Mohammed (maintenance) took care of the situation in a very timely manner, plus he is my dog’s best friend now lol. Overall a great place to live.

Newly renovated apartments look modern and upscale especially for the price. Tons of storage and the apartments feel a lot larger and more spacious than the sq footage would suggest. Quiet, clean, and there's a pool and bball court. Couldn't ask for much more considering the price!

This place for some reason is being painted as if it's hell on earth and I'm here to say that it is wrong and sounds too much like disgruntled tenants. I think for the price and location wise you can't go wrong. The staff was always on top of any problems and helpful. Had a great well kept pool, truly a great place to live in a affordable price range.
